04. Controls

What control is?

Control is an interface element associated with Admin and Frontend form fields. Each field of the form puts in accordance with the control.

Note: If the control is not specified, the text input field is used.

Agreement

Agreement - A special control for obtaining from user consent on something. This is a checkbox requires user's singanuture

Note: Href - link to the consent document

Checkbox

Checkbox - a check mark that the user can set or uncheck.

Button

Checkbox - a check mark that the user can set or uncheck.

Note: Button doesn't require any property, only custom label and name.

Date

Date - select a date from the calendar

Datetime

Datetime - select a date from the calendar with the ability to specify the time

Dropdown

Dropdown - a dropdown list

Note: The list is formed according to the value of the list attribute. You can specify either a specific list of possible values in JSON array format or specify the type of the list from the existing ones:

  • users - user's list
  • categories - categories list
  • pages - pages list
  • exists - list of existing values for this field (for example, for a filter)
